To keep the platform trusted and safe for travelers, all guides must complete verification and maintain accurate, transparent profile information.

Required documents

  • Recent selfie photo that matches your ID
  • Guide license/certification relevant to your services
  • Emergency contact details
  • Bank details for payouts (after approval)

Eligibility standards

  • Minimum age 18+
  • Clear communication in at least one working language with travelers
  • Reliable response time for booking requests
  • Accurate service scope, pricing, and availability
  • Commitment to safety, local regulations, and ethical guiding

Profile quality checklist

Applications with complete profiles are reviewed and approved faster. Make sure your profile includes the items below before submitting.

  • Professional profile photo
  • Service categories (trekking, tour, climbing, porter-guide, etc.)
  • Operating regions (Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, Mustang, Dolpo, etc.)
  • Languages you can guide in
  • Transparent daily rates or package pricing
  • Experience summary and specialty routes

Verification workflow
