How do I hire a guide in Nepal?
Browse guide profiles, compare destinations, languages, experience and services, then send a request with your dates and group size. Your guide or an admin reviews the request. Payment becomes available after acceptance.
Can I book a trek package or request a custom trip?
Yes. Published trek packages show their duration, price basis and included services. Choose your dates and travelers to request a package, or describe the changes you want in a custom request. Your guide confirms the agreed itinerary, service scope and quote before you pay.
Do I pay when I send a booking request?
No. Sending a request does not take a payment. Review the accepted booking details and agreed total in your dashboard before completing Stripe Checkout.
How are local guides verified?
Guides submit identity and professional documents for review before they can accept bookings. Look for the verification badge and review the guide’s experience, languages and services when choosing a profile.
What is included in the price?
Check the inclusions and exclusions for the service or package you choose. A daily guide rate does not automatically include accommodation, meals, transport or permits. Confirm the service scope and agreed total before paying.
What if I need to change or cancel my trip?
Use your booking dashboard to request an eligible guide change or a cancellation and refund review. You can review proposed price changes before approving them. Refund outcomes depend on the booking status and cancellation policy; approved refunds are tracked in your booking.
